Chengdu Youzou Information Technology Co., Ltd (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) explains how the Mycar iOS app processes information and how you can manage relevant data.
Mycar currently does not provide account registration or sign-in. This Policy applies only to Mycar and does not apply to services independently provided by Apple or other third parties.
1. Information We Process
1.1 Information You Provide That Is Primarily Stored Locally
To provide widget editing and vehicle record-keeping features, Mycar processes the following information on your device or in the app's shared container:
- Widget names, text, colors, dates, anniversaries, license plate styles, and other editing settings;
- Photos you select through the system photo picker and downsampled images generated by the app;
- Drawings and widget layouts you create;
- Vehicle profiles, including vehicle name, powertrain type, and fuel tank or battery capacity;
- Fuel-ups, charging sessions, odometer readings, expenses, currencies, dates, and notes; and
- Fuel consumption, expense trends, and remaining range estimates calculated from the information above.
This content is used for local features and widget display. The current version does not provide account-based cloud synchronization and does not upload the photos, drawings, vehicle profiles, or expense records described above to our order backend or analytics services.
1.2 Usage and Device Information
To understand product usage, improve features, measure subscription conversion, and diagnose interface issues, we and our analytics providers may process:
- A random analytics identifier generated on first installation;
- App version, runtime environment, and basic device and operating system information;
- Interaction events such as page views, button taps, feature use, and subscription entry points;
- Interface names, error types, and error messages subject to length limits; and
- The current subscription plan identifier and related attribution context.
Mycar uses Firebase Analytics for analytics and does not use Firebase Crashlytics.
1.3 Subscription and Transaction Information
When you purchase, restore, or manage a Pro subscription, Apple, we, our order backend, and relevant service providers may process:
- Product identifiers, subscription period, subscription status, expiration time, and purchase environment;
- Transaction identifiers, original transaction identifiers, and Apple-signed transaction information;
- Purchase price, currency, and trial or promotional status; and
- Information necessary for order records, signature verification, reconciliation, restoring benefits, revenue attribution, fraud prevention, and dispute handling.
Payment is processed by Apple. We do not receive your bank card number, bank account details, Apple Account password, or complete payment credentials.
1.4 Advertising Identifier and Attribution Information
Mycar does not display advertisements and does not use your information to serve personalized advertisements within the app. Mycar uses Singular for attribution to measure promotional channels and installation and subscription conversion performance.
Where required by iOS, we first request authorization through the App Tracking Transparency (ATT) system prompt. Only after you authorize tracking will Mycar and Singular access the device's advertising identifier (IDFA) and use it for advertising attribution, conversion measurement, fraud prevention, and performance analysis.
If you deny or withdraw ATT authorization, we will not obtain a usable IDFA and will not use another identifier to circumvent your choice. Denying authorization does not affect core features such as widget editing, vehicle records, or subscription purchases.
Under Apple's platform definitions, using a device identifier for third-party advertising attribution or advertising effectiveness measurement may be classified as “tracking,” even though Mycar itself does not display advertisements.
1.5 Customer Support Information
If you contact us by email, we process your email address, message content, and any attachments you choose to provide to respond, diagnose issues, and retain necessary communication records.
2. Information We Do Not Process
Within the scope of currently enabled features, Mycar:
- Does not require a registered name, phone number, or sign-in password;
- Does not read contacts, microphone data, health data, or vehicle manufacturer accounts;
- Does not connect to OBD or vehicle control systems;
- Does not collect or upload precise location, driving routes, or motion and fitness data;
- Does not provide public posting, social sharing, or member sharing spaces;
- Does not provide cross-device synchronization through iCloud or CloudKit; and
- Does not use Firebase Crashlytics to collect crash logs.
If we enable a future feature that changes this scope, we will update this Policy before enabling it and obtain permissions or consent where required by the operating system or applicable law.
3. System Permissions
Photo Selection
When you choose a photo for a widget, Mycar uses the system photo picker provided by Apple. Photos you select are processed as needed for widget display and stored locally by the app. Photos you do not select are not provided to Mycar.
Tracking Authorization
Mycar requests ATT authorization only when it needs to use IDFA for Singular attribution. You can review or change this authorization in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking.
Disabling a relevant permission may limit the corresponding feature but will not affect features unrelated to that permission.
4. Purposes of Processing
We process information only as relevant to the following purposes:
- Creating, editing, saving, and displaying widgets;
- Saving vehicle and usage records and generating reference statistics;
- Providing, verifying, restoring, and managing subscription benefits;
- Recording orders, verifying transaction signatures, reconciling transactions, preventing fraud, and handling refunds or disputes;
- Measuring product usage, subscription conversion, and promotional performance;
- Diagnosing interface issues, maintaining security, and improving the Services; and
- Responding to customer support requests and complying with applicable legal obligations.
5. Information Sharing and Service Providers
We do not sell your personal information. We share relevant information with, or engage, the following recipients only as necessary to provide the Services:

|---|---|---|
| Apple / App Store / StoreKit | Processing payments, subscriptions, refunds, transaction verification, and purchase restoration | Products, price, currency, transactions, and subscription status; payment credentials are processed independently by Apple |

These service providers process data under their own privacy policies and for the purposes agreed with us. We may also disclose information where necessary to comply with law, protect users or public safety, protect lawful rights, or complete a corporate reorganization.
6. Storage, Cross-Border Processing, and Retention
Your widgets, photos, drawings, vehicle profiles, and expense records are primarily stored locally on your device or in the app's shared container. Mycar does not provide account-based cloud synchronization.
Subscription order and transaction verification information is transmitted to our order backend. Analytics, attribution, and subscription services may process data in countries or regions where they operate. We take reasonable measures required by applicable law to limit processing purposes and protect relevant information.
We retain server data for as long as necessary to provide the Services, maintain subscription and order records, handle disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with legal obligations. We do not state an unverified fixed retention period. When the relevant purpose is complete and retention is no longer legally required, we delete, anonymize, or otherwise cease identifying the information.
Retention periods for third-party services are determined by their applicable policies and settings.
7. Data Management and Deletion
You may:
- Delete individual widgets, vehicles, or records in Mycar;
- Select “Reset All Data” in the app's settings to clear locally stored business data, image files, and app preferences;
- Cancel or change a subscription through your Apple Account subscription management page;
- Withdraw ATT authorization in iOS Settings; and
- Email support@youzou.vip to request access to, correction of, or deletion of information that can be matched to you in our order backend.
“Reset All Data” does not cancel a subscription, delete transaction records maintained by Apple, or delete data retained by third-party services under applicable law or their independent policies. To verify an order deletion request, we may ask you to provide the original transaction identifier or other information sufficient to verify the relationship between the request and the transaction. Certain records may continue to be retained for the period necessary for refunds, reconciliation, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or legal obligations.
Because Mycar does not provide sign-in accounts, some random analytics data may not be directly associated with your real identity and may not be accurately located using only your email address.
8. Information Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the nature and risk of the data, including HTTPS transmission for online data, access restrictions, subscription transaction verification, system data protection for local files, and avoiding the recording of user photos or complete transaction credentials in logs.
No system can guarantee absolute security. If a security incident may materially affect your rights, we will take remedial measures and provide notice as required by applicable law.
9. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to request access to, correction, a copy, or deletion of relevant personal information; restrict or object to certain processing; withdraw consent; or make a complaint about our processing.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing completed before withdrawal. We process requests after verification and consideration of applicable exceptions. For data primarily stored locally, please first use the edit, delete, or “Reset All Data” features in the app.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy to reflect changes in features, SDKs, permissions, data processing, legal requirements, or platform rules. The updated version will be made available through an in-app entry, release notes, or another reasonable method and will state a new effective date. Where required, we will provide a separate notice or obtain any necessary consent for material changes.
