This Privacy Policy explains how DetailFlow ("DetailFlow," "we," "us," or "our") handles information in connection with the DetailFlow iOS application (the "App"). DetailFlow is a productivity tool for independent mobile auto-detailing professionals. We have built the App to be local-first: your business data stays on your device.
We do not collect, transmit, or have any access to the business data you create in the App. This includes:
All of the above lives only on your device. There is no account, no login, and no cloud sync to our infrastructure.
The App connects to the internet only for a limited set of purposes. Through third-party services, the following limited categories of data may be collected:

We do not collect your name, email address, or contact information through the App, and we do not link analytics or crash data to your identity.
We rely on the following third-party services. Each processes data under its own privacy policy:
Tracking that uses device identifiers for advertising attribution (via Singular) is disabled by default. It is enabled only if you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt. You can review or change this choice at any time in iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking, or under the DetailFlow entry in iOS Settings. If you decline or later withdraw consent, attribution tracking will not run.
The App offers an optional Face ID app lock. Biometric verification is performed entirely on your device by iOS. We do not collect, receive, or store any biometric data. If Face ID is unavailable, you can fall back to your device passcode.
Photos are added only when you actively capture or select them, and they are stored locally on your device. We do not upload your photos to our servers.
Because your business data is stored locally, it is retained on your device until you delete it. Deleting the App removes all of its local data from your device. Any backup files you export are under your control and stored wherever you choose to keep them (for example, iCloud Drive or the Files app); you are responsible for managing and deleting those backups. Limited purchase, analytics, and diagnostics data held by the third-party services above is retained according to their respective policies.

DetailFlow is a professional tool and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us so we can address it.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide notice within the App. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
